Airport Caretakers, Not Just Owners

We’re the Starkweather family — Kyle, Sarah, and our kids Ava, Reagan, Maverick, Sawyer, and Lyla. Together, we call ourselves the caretakers of Limington-Harmon Airport (63B) — a small Maine airfield with a big mission: to keep general aviation fun, safe, affordable, and alive for the next generation.

For us, this airport isn’t just a business — it’s a calling. We believe God gives each of us a role to play in taking care of what matters, and for our family, that means caring for this airport, the people who fly here, and the community that surrounds it.

When we aquired Limington-Harmon in 2025, we didn’t just see a runway. We saw potential — a chance to build a place where families, pilots, and dreamers could gather; where aviation feels personal again; and where hard work, faith, and kindness guide every takeoff and landing.

Our approach is simple:

  • Keep flying fun.

  • Keep flying safe.

  • Keep flying affordable.

  • Treat people the way you’d want to be treated.

Through North Coast Aero, our flight program and membership-based rental network, and Technique Only Sport Pilot Academy, our training division, we’re working to rebuild the kind of aviation community that used to define small-town airports — one where everyone knows your name, your airplane, and probably your favorite coffee order too.

We’re proud to call Limington home. You’ll find our kids riding bikes, Sarah greeting visitors in the FBO, and Kyle out mowing, wrenching, or dreaming up the next big thing. We’re far from perfect, but we’re committed to being good stewards — of this place, of the people who trust us with their aircraft, and of the legacy of aviation in Maine.

We’re not here to own an airport.
We’re here to take care of one — and everyone who passes through.
